Loch Lomond Faerie Trail

Loch Lomond Faeirie Trail

Children love the Faerie Trail

Children will love the Loch Lomond Faerie Trail at Luss. It is, in our opinion, the number one attraction for young children in Loch Lomond & The Trossachs. There are fewer photographs than usual in this updated guide, as we don’t want to spoil the surprises on the trail.

Purchase Tickets for Loch Lomond Faerie Trail

The fun starts at a gleaming silver Airstream caravan that has moved to the new south car park in Luss. As you can read in our main guide to Luss, updated after the car park opened, this is an excellent new addition to the village. The caravan sits next to a unicorn!

You can purchase a clue book at the caravan and choose a wristband. (children’s and adult versions available.) It’s only a few pounds to purchase the clue book, and whilst you could try and follow the trail on your own, you’d certainly be missing out.

Review of Loch Lomond Faerie Trail

As mentioned, we don’t want to spoil surprises or tell you too much about the experience. However, we can tell you that the quality is exceptionally high, with the layout and content of the trail well thought out and presented. The booklet with the clues is professional, and there are gates for children to go through and spell books for them to open up.

There is enough to keep children interested, but with a realistic and manageable distance and overall experience duration.
