We are thrilled to have published a book in hardback and softback, a photograph/guidebook, ‘101 Things to Do in Loch Lomond & The Trossachs’.

The book, written and designed by See Loch Lomond’s Paul Saunders and Nina Fraser, has been an instant hit, stocked by cafes, shops, accommodation providers and visitor information centres throughout the National Park.

As Paul says, it is a great way to help plan a trip. ‘The idea for the book came from one of the most visited guides on my See Loch Lomond website. People are looking for ideas of what to do and where to visit on a trip to Loch Lomond and the Trossachs, and increasingly, they’re looking for new experiences, activities, and places to explore. Thankfully, there are many amazing opportunities, and the challenge was to get the list down to 101!’

The book is also proving to be a popular souvenir, which, as Nina explains, was part of the design: ‘Whilst there is a stack of information in the book, we also wanted to feature many scenic photographs to give people a memento of their visit.’

The book, priced at £14.99 for the hardback edition and £9.99 for the softback, covers the National Park and recommends experiences and adventures by foot, bike, and boat. It includes information about long-distance routes, walking, cycling, heritage, events, photography, etc.

The book is available at many Loch Lomond & Trossachs outlets, including – The Oak Tree Inn, Drymen Bakery, Balmaha Village Shop, St Mocha Coffee Shop, The Station Coffee Shop, Callander Visitor Information Centre, Milarrochy Caravan Park, Loch Goil Cruisers, Luss Caravan Park, Luss General Store, Coach House Coffee Shop Luss, Loch Lomond Waterfront, The Slanj Arrochar, Luss Village Shop, all libraries in Stirlingshire and Loch Katrine’s Gift Shop at Trossachs Pier. Many accommodation providers have also placed copies in their rooms and sell them to their guests.
